These were the only two options I had, but I couldn’t follow either of them. And even if I had opted for one of the two options, what then? If they did, would that mean that I had received a bad batch? That would be really worrisome that I had received a defective item.

The shade wasn’t consistent throughout the set and there were a lot of white and orange strands in it. These were even worse than the brown #4 color hair extensions I had received from Luxy Hair.
